No VPN links on user portal?

Been many months (and several ASG upgrades) since I logged in to the user portal.  I wanted to experiment with html5 vpn.  I saw no button for it.  I've checked for similar issues and saw things like 'clear your browser cache' and 'the user you login as has to be in the right group or whatever'.  I've tried clearing my cache and I know it isn't a config issue, since I connect via SSL VPN every day from work, yet logging in to the VPN portal doesn't show me the SSL VPN link either.  Any ideas?

  • On the 'Advanced' tab of 'User Portal', you DON'T have 'Remote Access' selected to be disabled?  You DO have the user that logs in to the User Portal configured as an allowed user in SSL VPN and the HML5 VPN?
