No VPN links on user portal?

Been many months (and several ASG upgrades) since I logged in to the user portal.  I wanted to experiment with html5 vpn.  I saw no button for it.  I've checked for similar issues and saw things like 'clear your browser cache' and 'the user you login as has to be in the right group or whatever'.  I've tried clearing my cache and I know it isn't a config issue, since I connect via SSL VPN every day from work, yet logging in to the VPN portal doesn't show me the SSL VPN link either.  Any ideas?

  • This happened to one of my customers that has a second unit in hot standby. Failing over to the Slave solved the problem, so you might just try rebooting. Does that work?
