ssl site-to-site problem version 8 -> version 9

I have a problem with one of my ssl site-to-site vpn’s.
The vpn is up bud i can’t get any bit over the vpn.
I think the problem course since i update on of the system to de latest version of utm 9, the other site of the vpn is using 8.309
The eoor i fount in the vpn log is:

2013:06:30-13:34:50 thuis openvpn[11351]: write to TUN/TAP : Invalid argument (code=22)

Before the vpn was working fine.
On Internet a found info that the problem is not using the same tunnel type on the server and the client.
An other ssl vpn both versions 9 are working fine.
How can I fix this?

    Had this same issue when I went to 9.100 on one box as a test. The SSL VPN to 3 out of 6 remote boxes died. It would appear to be up but no traffic would flow.

    There did not seem to be any pattern (server, client, near, far)

    Sophos support tried to diagnose and then gave up.

    This still persisted after removing the VPN entirely or even setting up a new VPN on a brand new box and even after two firmware updates.

    This held me back from updating anything else to 9.100

    Finally today 9.103-5 has fixed the issue!
    After the upgrade I have traffic flowing again.
    I will give it a day or two and then allow the other boxes to update.
