IPSec Site-to-Site to a non-Sophos UTM

I'm trying to connect my Sophos UTM installation to a non-Sophos UTM IPSec server using a Site-to-Site connection. The server requires a username and password, however, I don't see any way of entering that information (it's separate from the passphrase).

Is that possible to do with a Sophos UTM?

  • Hi Heli0s,

I'm not aware of any Site-2-Site VPN's that require a username & password. Most usually require a pre-shared key or exchange of certs. Only IPSEC VPN I can think of that uses IPSEC and username/password combos is L2TP/IPSEC, and that I know is not supported if the UTM is the 'client.'

What UTM are you trying to interface with?
