MAC and iPad VPN Options

Hello, I have a client that wants to be able to access their server remotely via their MAC and iPads.. They currently have a UTM120. I assume SSL VPN is the only option here? Any gotchas or tips with setting this up?

Thanks.. but the client does not want to RDP into a server.. they want to be able to access Windows Shares via SMB and WebDav from the MAC and iPads.
