PPTP Timeout Causes Connections to Drop?

Hello,

Experiencing VPN disconnects. Not sure why.

Reviewing the PPTP logs it appears that the connection timeout is being reached?

2013:03:15-18:52:10 Hillary pppd-pptp[13884]: Connection terminated.
2013:03:15-18:52:10 Hillary pppd-pptp[13884]: Modem hangup
2013:03:15-18:52:10 Hillary pppd-pptp[13884]: Exit.

Is my assessment of the timeout being reached correct? Is it possible to increase this value? If so, where? My Astaro hardware is on the older side...

Thanks!

That's not a timeout - looks more like a "I guess he's not there anymore."

But he IS there, so what do you suggest I do? Are there any other log files I can inspect to better understand the issue?

    Thanks
