User with rights to restart VPN Tunnel

Hallo!
I have many VPN (IPSec) Tunnels  and need to restart them from time to time.
Is it possible to create a Usergroup with members who can only restart VPN Tunnels?

    It's not possible inside WebAdmin.  You might want to make a Feature Suggestion for that.

    I don't know how to do this from the command line, but it should be possible.
