VPN & socks

in my country many site is filter i bought a VPN and socks and i want my client have internet without any filtering where i must set my vpn connection i have host name for my vpn connection by the way where i must set the socks please help me

Hi Bob
i use the PPTP vpn with the host name for destination and with an username/password ok i know that i can config the Socks proxy but i don't know how?!!!
