Astaro VPN IPSEC & Airwatch

Hello Astaro Community,

I need your help please !

I'm using Airwatch as an MDM (Mobile Device Management) and Astaro ASG220 as an UTM.

I need to configure the remote access through IPSEC for my mobile device.

So I'm doing the certificat export from user portal and then import to the "profile configuration" but nothing happen.

Is someone implement already this function ?? Please help.

    Hi Julien,

    I guess you try to create a vpn cisco ipsec profile for ios devices, right? If so, you have to configure the remote access part on your asg and download the .mobileconfig file via the user configuration or the user portal and transfer that to the device. The needed user certs are inside the .mobileconfig file. Most likly you have to send the ca-cert of your asg to the devices too.

    But as Bob said - a better description of your planned setup and the used devices will help us to help you :-) .
