Http/s vpn portal issue

Dear all

I am facing an issue while trying to publish an http or https page through the html vpn portal on a UTM 320 version 9. The users login gine on the user portal but when they click connect on the http link the connection seems to be established but the browser remains on a black screen and the webpage never loads. I have to mention that the web page we are trying to publish is not on the astaro internal network (10.132.0.x) but on a different network reachable from clients in the astaro internal network. Also that netwok can be pinged from astaro and when configured with https astaro fetces yhe certificate just fine. The website works both with http or https. The logs show no errors. Ajy ideas???

So, is this a website hosted external to the UTM and the users are, too? How do the internal clients reach the site - via VPN or ???

Also, what browser is being used? Given that it is HTML5, a newer version of Firefox, Chrome, or IE10 (IE9 or older will not work due to limited support of HTML5) is required.

The site is reached through a site to site vpn tunnel (using cisco routers on both ends). Any way after further testing the connection seems to work when using latest version of firefox or chrome. Thanks a lot for your answers-[:)]
