SSL VPN Client issues von Win 7 64bit

Hi everyone,
 
I've been searching for a while now but have not found any suitable solutions.
We are experiencing the following issue:
 
- Astaro SSL VPN client, newest version
- Windows 7, 64bit clients
- User do not have local admin rights
- Astaro SSL VPN client is executed as administrator
 
Everything runs fine, connection can be made, tunnel is working, but:
When connected, the tray icon does not respond at all. Context Menu cannot be opened etc.
This happened on multiple clients, VPN client was reinstalled, didn't solve anything.
If the user has local admin rights, the VPN client works as expected.
 
Is this a known problem? Any hints?

    I also experience a nearly same problem on my Win7 64bit Notebook. When the Notebook starts, sometimes the traffic light Icon of the VPN Client does not appear but openvpn-gui.exe is started in the background.
    Also the Notification-Area settings in the Task Bar are correct ("Show Symbol and Notification").

    I've also had that problem with the old Astaro SSL VPN Client.

    Any help or solution would be nice!
