SSL VPN connection

I have configured Astaro9.0.4 home edition and enable SSL VPN. When I try connecting through SSL VPN to dial calls from Soft phone (in External WAN) to my IP phone (in local LAN), there is a delay and latency in voice transmission. 
 
I did try changing the port from TCP to UDP, but still the same issue persists. 

I also tried connecting from my iphone through L2TP VPN, same issue persists.
 
However, when I tried SSL VPN through other products like PFsense / Edian, I do not see any such issues.
 
Please advice on how to overcome the issue, since I am planning to use only Astaro.

    I'll offer the same thing I did on your other thread - Bob's Rule #1: Whenever something seems strange, always check the Intrusion Prevention and Firewall logs.
