Cannot connect to User Portal

Hello,

I can´t get a connection to the user portal of my ASG120 V8.307 to download the SSL VPN Client.
The user portal is enabled and my user is allowed to connect.

I get the following error message in the live protocol:

Note: I have a second ASG120 V8.307 running and on this device the connection works very well. I did the same settings on the not working device. [:(]

Anybody an idea??
