Authentication failure

Hello,

We actually occure a problem with the VPN; 
When we insert the proxy name (FQDN) in the appropriate case in the browser, a message appears indicating that the authentication has failed (against the IP address resolution which works perfectly) but the most strange that if we type a 'nslookup request' for the name proxy resolution it works perfectly too. 

For info : the proxy is in the explicit mode.
Have you met like this case? some help or ideas won't be refused, Thank you!
