VPN Issue

We have two offices with UTM boxes.

Main office has DHCP server with DNS, static ip.
Remote office has static ip'ed workstation that VPN's to the office network.

Main Office: 155.155.1.1.
Remote Office: 155.155.2.1

Currently from the remote office I can ping the server which is 155.155.1.1, works great..
 
But I am unable to ping workstations at the remote office from the main office, so from the server (155.155.1.1) I cant ping workstations at 155.155.2.1.

Any ideas?
