Accessing vpn clients from local network

I currently have an issue where I am unable to connect to Cisco vpn clients from my local network, even though they can access the local network from their computers.

Basically, vpn connections are only working one way. I need to be able to rdp into the vpn clients at times for remote support purposes.

Is it a routing issue?

    Hello, heggie, and welcome to the User BB!

    It's not clear to me why this happens.  Several years ago, I fought the same issue and wound up creating a NAT rule named "Bob Home via VPN" with:

    Internal (Network) -> Any -> {phantom IP reserved for my home PC} : Full NAT from Internal (Address) to Bob (User Network) with auto firewall rule



    That worked great, but now I think all I needed was a firewall rule like 'Internal (Network) -> RDP -> Bob (User Network) : Allow'.  Does that simpler solution work for you?
