unable to download SSL client

I have enabled the user portal however when i log into the portal, i'm unable to download and software. My only options are Welcome,Change password
HTTPS Proxy & Log out

Am i doing something wrong or overlooking something?

    Hi bobby_digital,
    it is not enough to enable only the user portal, the user must have permissions to open a vpn.

    Remote Access --> SSL --> Remote access settings 

    There must be registered the right user, or the user group.
