Only able to ping partial subnet after connection with SSL VPN client

I have a /22 172.16.20.x - 172.16.22.x setup as my internal network. When we use SSL VPN to connect to the network we can only see servers on the 172.16.20.x network. Can not ping (or access and resource) on 172.16.21.x etc...

Any thoughts ?

Is your firewall only allowing traffic between your SSL VPN pool and 172.16.20.x/24 by any chance? Or, are the subnet masks on the 172.16.21-22.x hosts correctly configured?
