We have two sites setup for a VPN connection through our external connections. We have a IP phone system that is used over our VPN. The system is at one location and used by the local network and the remote network. When placing or receiving phone calls to or from external callers we experience random moments of silence on our end as well as the callers end. The call doesn't get dropped, just a "blackout" that lasts about 5 - 10 seconds. Anyway to determine the source of this problem with the Astaro firewall?
