Mountain Lion IPSec VPN client no longer able to connect to ASG

Hi everyone,

I've been using the native Cisco IPSec VPN client in Mac OS X Lion against my ASG.  This was working fine prior to my switch to Mountain Lion a few weeks ago, when I was still running the latest ASG 8.x release.  Since upgrading to Mountain Lion, I am no longer able to establish a connection - I get "VPN server not responding" messages within OS X.  My iPhone and iPad are still able to connect just fine using IPSec, so the issue seems specific to Mountain Lion.  I upgraded to UTM 9 a couple of weeks ago just in case this added support for Mountain Lion, but my Mac still can't connect (iOS devices are still fine).

Anyone else seeing this, or know of a fix?

    Seems I'm not able to connect from Mountain Lion to my ASG over PPTP or L2TP either.  I noticed that 9.004 mentioned a fix to Cisco client connectivity from iOS, but that was working fine for me under iOS 6.01.  Unfortunately Mountain Lion still doesn't work with the native Mac client under any configuration that I can find.

    Could you please confirm the connectivity (PPTP or LT2P) the UTM and OS version?

    Hi - I normally use Cisco IPSec.  I'm using UTM 9.004 software and OS X 10.8.2.  On OS X I use the built in Cisco VPN client.
