Force All Traffic over L2TP

I've set up L2TP VPN access for all of the users that need to get into our system, but I would like to make it so that all client traffic goes over the tunnel, instead of splitting.

Is there a way to do this for L2TP (I would prefer to use that over Cisco) or is the only way to do this with a different VPN type? I realize this is the antithesis of what L2TP is made to do, but it was a demand made by higher ups in the food chain.

    So the only way to do it for L2TP is on the client side? I know that the default setting for Windows is to force all traffic. I would choose the Cisco VPN (which is capable of forcing all of the traffic over the tunnel), but it doesn't seem to work well with Cisco AnyConnect, which is the only Cisco VPN software available for Linux, Windows, and Mac. I wish there was a better option.

    I'll probably just have to go with L2TP until I can get v9, and then I can use the HTML5 VPN for clients I currently have on SSL.
