Sorry if this to broad a question or has been answered.
ASG220 running on downlevel firmware ; will be upgrading this week to 8.305. My existing problem is "probably due to 8.102" but not sure.
I cannot get a maint window to upgrade the firmware, so lets suppose the firmware is NOT the issue.
Problem: one of five customers ( each on their own interface/network) is having SLOW down issues and at times users are be disconnected.
VPN Tunnel always shows fine.
Rather than be too verbose on my specific question I would like to be more general: How can you tell if your ASG box is saturated at ANY level?
VPN, IPS, UTM throughput, etc.
Resource usage is minimal:
CPU = 5%, RAM 63% of 967MB, SWAP 14% of 1gb, Log 6% of 72gb, Data 1% of 55gb.
Interface is in kbit. External In and Internal Out can get to 1.2Mbit spikes.
Where can I go to confirm the ASG220 is still sized fine for my current installation ?
Please be as specific as you can.
Thanks
