Web Filtering and IPSEC VPN not working

I recently upgraded from ASG 8 to UTM 9.  I saved a backup of the configuration and then restored it to UTM 9.  I have an IPSEC VPN setup to a remote site.  The VPN works normally, except when Web Filtering is turned on - and then UTM 9 doesn't pass any web traffic over the VPN.  In the Web Filter logs I see "no route to host".  I added an entry for the remote network in the "Skip transparent mode destination hosts/nets" area, and then it works okay.  This sounds like a bug in UTM 9 that wasn't in ASG 8.

    Nevermind.  I tried another unit that is configured the same as the first one, and it routes web traffic over the VPN just fine.  So I must have a configuration issue with the first unit.
