[9.000] SSL VPN Client 2.0 and Windows 8

SSL VPN Client 2.0 does not work in Windows 8 anymore.
When connecting the username/password windows does not appear.

Will there be a new client soon?
As Astaro Partner I would offer myself as beta tester [:)]

    Running fine actually. UAC issue? Since I use UAC and wont turn it off  I added a scheduled Task to run the vpn gui with highest privilages after logging into win 8... That's what fixed my probs. And btw, UAC actually doesn't get deactivated completely via control panel, so even this can be confusing. Another reg entry is needed which then lets your apps dont work anymore.

    Did you tried right click and "run as admin" ?
    It worked for me on windows7 when i had similar problems [[:)]]
