Webadmin and User Portal

Hello guys, 

I am trying to access webadmin and user portal using the external IP but it isnt working. Am I missing something?

I downloaded astaro ssl client (inside the network) but whenever I try to login (outside the network), I receive the following message:

RESOLVE: Cannot resolve host address: ASG220-UTMName: [NO_DATA] The requested name is valid but does not have an IP address

Also, I checked the log and there is the following information:

Any thoughts?

    OK, after some more (and more) research I just discovered that it is really necessary that the "Hostname" (Management - System Settings - Hostname) or the "Override Hostname" (Remote Access - SSL - Setting) be filled with a hostname registered with DNS.
    In my case, I am using dyndns to fill the "Override Hostname" since I named the Hostname in System Settings with a internal name.
    More important, when you change one of these informations, you have to download the client AGAIN because the profile is configured according to these fields.

    About the access in the webadmin and User portal, I dont know why but when I came home I was able to access it.
