L2TP nat rule to allow internal

I have a good L2TP connection setup and running on my ASG220.  Users are connecting in and accessing network resources as they should. But an issue came up when I tried to take Remote Control to assist said user. 

Is there a method for being able to access a remotely connected client from the internal site?

    Blackbird, what do you mean by "L2TP nat rule to allow internal?"  You should not need a NAT rule in any of this.

    If Scott's suggestion didn't fix you up, you might ask the remote user to check that he has 'System Properties' set to allow you to RDP into and/or provide remote assistance on his system.
