SSL remote accesscan't reach Webadmin

Running ASG 8.304

All is working fine, I can ping mnemonic names on the internal network so the DNS on the ASG must be working OK. However, when I try to log into Webadmin with the numeric IP address and normal 4444 port, I don't get a reply.
Is this how it should work or have I missed something in the configuration. I don't want to access Webadmin from the internet for obvious reasons but it would be useful to change something in the config via SSL remote access.

Any ideas, please?

  • In 'Allowed networks' for WebAdmin access, do you have "glynd (User Network)" or "VPN Pool (SSL)" included?
