SSL VPN only allowing one tunnel at a time...

Hello, when I try to access my VPN tunnel on one machine, it works flawlessly. When  attempt to log in with a second machine, the user name and password prompt keeps coming up. The activity log says:

I don't understand what is happening. Any clues?

    Hi, xXDUNNXx, and welcome to the User BB!

    On the 'Settings' tab, have you selected 'Allow multiple concurrent connections per user '?

    Another possibility: when you have two workstations behind an inexpensive router, only one can connect successfully.  The second must use a different VPN type as, otherwise, the router wouldn't know which packets to route to the second device.

    Yes, that option is selected. Also, I am on a college campus. There should not be any inexpensive routers/switches in the mix. I am connecting one desktop computer at the dorm and one laptop that travels from class to class.

    Any other possibilities?

    The authentication prompt, pops up repetitively until I cancel the prompt.

    Shhh.  Don't say that where some parent paying tuition can see it! [;)]

    So, if you leave the desktop disconnected, you can connect from anywhere with the laptop, but with the desktop connected, the laptop cannot connect from anywhere?  I've never seen an issue like that.  Is the desktop on the same network with the Astaro?

    Exactly my issue. This makes no sense. The desktop is on one LAN at the school while the laptop is on a separate LAN. It clearly contacts the Astaro server, but it fails authentication somehow.
