VPN SSL - Windows 7 - without admin-right

Dear all,

After many search on this board or on net, I cannot find solution for the problem with VPN SSL for user without admin-rights.

I test :
- user right on Astaro SSL
- add route-method exe & route-delay 2 in configuration file
- "Run as administrator" Astaro SSL Client
- Start under compatibility Windows XP SP3

My only solution "for this moment" is used other client : SecurepointSSLVPN_RC4

But I find it crazy to have to use the client of another manufacturer, competitor of Astaro (Sophos) !

I read that v 9 will override this trouble, but I'm a reseller and I do not like this solution that I have to explain to my client.

Another solution is it possible to use the Astaro VPN client without administrator rights ?

I've perhaps not found on the internet !

    due to the fact ssl vpn(or any other client based vpn) needs to install a low-level networking driver this typically requires admin rights on any OS.  UTM9 had the html5 web based clientless vpn which i would advise trying instead.  if you are the network admin i would look into utm9.

    Ok for vpn html5 for utm 9 but v9 is only in beta and I will not be a beta tester, I still remember proxy web in final release 8.200 !

    I tested installation under user with admin local, and if I remove local admin right, he doesn't work.
