User Portal

I am not sure if this is the correct place post this, if not I apologize. 

For whatever reason, users cannot log into the user portal. They receive a message stating Invalid username/password, or access denied by policy.

No changes were made, this just started to happen. 

Any thoughts?

  • Yep --- had a customer with this problem the other day -- check the AUA log -- I bet you'll see issues with the "case" of the username causing AD sync issues.  If so, start a case with Astaro.
