PPTP VPN and Routing

Dear all,

we are using the VPN PPTP Pool 10.142.1.0 /24

Now we have within our network two networks

192.168.10.0
192.168.11.0

I will not use the Windows PPTP Option "use default Gateway" as I do not want to route also all internet https Traffic through the VPN Connection.

How to do that?
