Hi, we are just setting up an ASG 220 (Firmware version 8.203 ) with SSL vpn connections. All is working OK apart from one user. When we run through the install, everything seems tpo work OK. But when the user tries to start the VPN connection, there is no connect option available. Right clicking on the VPN icon on the GUI, only shows 'Settings and Exit'
OS is Win 7. I have set the application to run as an admin automatically. User is local admin as well.
I have found the following reg entry recommended to be changed with regard to GUI issues, but this has made no difference.

"EnableBalloonTips"=dword:00000002
Have uninstalled and reinstalled.
Any ideas ?.
