PPTP remote access asg 8 free

Hy,
I enabled the remote connection on ASG 8 free edition.
I configured my PC, I can connect to vpn, but i can not ping the server.
I can ping only firewall (LAN and WAN).
Please help me.

What version of Astaro? Ping behavior is configured on the 'ICMP' tab - do you have 'Firewall forwards pings' selected? Have you made a rule like 'VPN Pool (PPTP) -> Any -> Internal (Network) : Allow'?

thanks for you replay.
i Have made a rule like 'VPN Pool (PPTP) -> Any -> Internal (Network) : Allow'.
The PPTP is ok.
