User Authentification failed

Hi,
I have a problem with SSL VPN.
The User tries to connect via Astaro Client, but I get this Message in the log:
***x PLUGIN_CALL: plugin function PLUGIN_AUTH_USER_PASS_VERIFY failed with status 1: /usr/lib/openvpn-auth-aua.so
***x mail openvpn[7588]: xx.xx.xx.xx:19958 TLS Auth Error: Auth Username/Password verification failed for peer 

Authentification is done against an W2k3 AD Server (SSO).
The user is not locked, he can work when he is in the internal network.
When we try to log onto the User Portal of the Astaro we get the same error.

So I need some help for this issue.
