VPN IPSEC and routing

this is my scenario:

siteA:
AstaroASG220
local network 172.23.0.0
external ip 213.215.x.y
IPSEC VPN to siteB

siteB:
AstaroASG220
local network 10.71.0.0
external ip 83.21.x.y
IPSEC VPN to siteA

i have a laptop in siteA (172.23.100.100) which needs to connect to a public ip address 212.31.x.y through the ipsec vpn from the external ip of siteB because 212.31.x.y only allows connections from 83.21.x.y

how can i do that?
i tried both static routings and  dealing with the vpn ipsec settiings but with no luck so far.
Can anyone help me out please?

    To do this, in the IPSec VPN configuration where you say you have configured 172.23.0.0 as the protected network, ADD the public IP that you want "protected" if you can.

    You can add multiple "Local IP" in the VPN connection, and those IP's don't have to be "private". They can be whatever you want. Then as long as the firewall and routing is automatically configured, it ought to work.

    I'm speaking from experience with Astaro v8, so I don't know if by chance your version does not let you add multiple IP/Networks for the Private VPN configuration.
