SSL Remote Access / Outlook and Ping

Hi All
I have ASG 120 , some of my clients are using SSL Remote access
well , is there any limitation for live sessions for ASG120 ?
Now i have 2 PCs , both of them are connected , both are same specs and same Internet connection
one is remaining connected to astaro so he could check his emails through Office Outlook
and the other one , is connected / disconnected always [:(]
Also he is able to ping my servers and open shared files but he is unable to connect to outlook while he is connected to Astaro
is there any way to provide reliable connection ? speed up ?
I need his outlook to be connected always ..

    I think my first guess was right, and that your best solution would be to move up to an inexpensive router that does VPN or put a RED in the UAE office.
