VPN Fails to Route

I have 1 Windows7 machine that fails to route requests when VPNed into the firewall. I've tried the SSL and IPSec vpn clients and even though the reoutes are added correctly nothing will route into the LAn network 172.16.3.0.

There are several other users of the same VPN connections that have no issues.
The user is and admin, UAC is off, Windows Firewall is off.

I'm runnig out of ideas! Anybode else have one?

Hmmmm

Terry, what subnets are your "VPN Pool (IPsec)" "Internal (Network)" and the subnet the Win7 machine is in?

The VPN subnet is the default, the internal is 172.16.3.0 and his is 192.168.1.0
