VPN Fails to Route

I have 1 Windows7 machine that fails to route requests when VPNed into the firewall. I've tried the SSL and IPSec vpn clients and even though the reoutes are added correctly nothing will route into the LAn network 172.16.3.0.

There are several other users of the same VPN connections that have no issues.
The user is and admin, UAC is off, Windows Firewall is off.

I'm runnig out of ideas! Anybode else have one?

    Are you sure the routes are added correctly?  Does route print from the command line on the Win7 box show the routes?

    User TXGARobert reported a similar problem with 8.202, but I haven't seen this in my experiments.

    Yes I am. I've used the route print command to compare the route on a functioning PC and the one that fails except for the ip assigned to the pc via the VPN pool the reoutes are the same.
