What does the log file tell me then.
Why does it say there is openvpn connectivity during the day.

If you're looking at this in WebAdmin>>Remote Access, information will only be populated here when there is a currently active VPN session open.

I understand but why is the live log and view  show there is a connection with openvpn.

See the first post : logview starts with:

2011:10:04-00:00:07 firewall openvpn[18634]:. then username ip number  (extern) etc.

Its to much to post here but it shows connection.

Clearly, the right question has not yet been asked.

We are using the latest version 7
I have tested it when I close ssl vpn we get a strange telephone call from our dealer there is no vpn connection anymore.
Did not ask them to have vpn connection but I think they do have it all the time.
Why can I not see the connection when ssl vpn is enabled .
 Remote access is showing: No data is available for this report
But the reporting live and view log is showing openvpn connection with date and time and there ip adress .
Can they have setup a  transparant openvpn connection which is not viewable in remote access with astaro.
I need to know the truth they say sometimes they check the remote vpn connection but the log view shows they have all day long openvpn connection.
