VPN (L2TP and Cisco) connect but....

Hello,

I'm running v8.202 and having an issue with remote access using iPhone.  I've configured my iPhone for both L2TP over IPSec and Cisco VPN Client.  I've established VPN connectivity.  I'm able to connect to internal network resources, but unable to connect to the Internet. Here are my setup

Three FW rules

VPN Pool (L2TP) --> Any --> Internal (Network) - OK (see traffic in live log)
VPN Pool (L2TP) --> Web Surfing --> Any (not seeing traffic in live log)
VPN Pool (Cisco) --> Web Surfing --> Any (not seeing traffic in live log)

Two MASQ rules

VPN Pool (L2TP) --> External (WAN)
VPN Pool (Cisco) --> Extenal (WAN)

Both VPN Pool (Cisco & L2TP) are in the web filtering allowed networks.

any help is greatly appreciated.

    In the Cisco configuration, do you have "Internet"  in 'Local networks'?  Do you have the 'Remote Access >> Advanced' section filled in?  Is 'Network Services >> DNS' configured?  If you want to use the HTTP/S Proxy, have you configured the iPhone clients for proxy access?

    Hi Bob,

    Do you have the 'Remote Access >> Advanced' section filled in?  This was missing.  I'm now able to surf using both remote access configuration.  I had it in 8.103.  When I did a fresh 8.201 install and upgrade to 8.202 and manually input all the settings back and must have forgotten the above settings.
