IP Softphone configuration assistance

Hello,
New to the forum.  Thanks in advance for assistance.

We are setting up a new Shoretel VOIP system.  I am working on the softphone configuration of my ASG.  Looking for steps to configure as I am missing something.

I have created a group definition for the 2 MGCP and 1 RTP ports required.  I have added packet filter rule to allow that traffic to pass between the VPN and internal network.  I am seeing the MGCP packet dropped.

If anyone could provide some additional guidance it would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi, Bob, and welcome to the User BB!

    Please show the relevant lines from the Packet Filter log, the service definitions you've created and the packet filter rule.

    Also, check the Intrusion Prevention log to see if there's any issue at the time you're having difficulties.
