Overcoming "Same subnet on both sides" VPN issue

I have a large network I need to be able to connect to, and it is the same subnet as the one I have - both are 10.10.x networks. I need to be able to VPN from mobile devices, as well as laptops, and do so from each side to the other. My network, and theirs, would be a HUGE undertaking to re-IP either of them - any suggestions???

Both ends are using SBS for DNS/DHCP, etc so re-IP'ing SBS servers is a dangerous proposition (personal experience at least)

Astaro lacks a 1-to-1 NAT, so there's no "global" solution:

Tunnel between two ASGs having the same LAN network range

That's for a site-to-site, but the concept is the same for remote access.
