File Exists error in site-to-site ipsec vpn log

ASG220 here.

I have PC and Buffalo NAS device connected to site-to-site IPSEC VPN that always worked. We upgraded last week to
Firmware version: 8.103
Pattern version: 22623

When staring at the log all i get is -

2011:08:05-09:38:57 astaro1 pluto[14143]: "***" #4748: ERROR: netlink response for Add SA esp.^^^^^@***.***.***.*** included errno 17: File exists

Any ideas ?

I am seeing the same thing on one of my eight IPSEC VPNs, it is also 3DES like UNSOBILL's and only one of the 8 SAs on the tunnel has the issue, sporadically. UTM9 9.352-6

Only way I have found to get it to come back up is to restart the ipsec module:
/var/mdw/scripts/ipsec-starter restart
