VPN client drops route after a few seconds

I've got a strange one here. I have several users set up on VPN with no issues except for one user. He can establish the vpn tunnel but after 8 to 10 seconds, the route drops and no traffic will flow. If I manually add the routes back in on the client workstation, everything works.
Using either the ASG vpn client or the open vpn client returns the same results. This only happens with one user. I have deleted his profile on the ASG and re-created it, changed the IP address pool, moved him to another workstation but nothing helps other than manually adding the routes back in.
 Any ideas?
