Add route to SSL client

How can I add a a route in the SSL VPN client?  I can manually add one after the client connects, but because the gateway changes when different users connect, I can't automate it with a bat file(maybe there is a way of scripting this, but my scripting skills are poor).  When I look at the SSL VPN log, it looks like the routes are being pushed to the client when it connects.  

Any ideas?
