Pkt. Filter bug ?

Trying to restrict specific users access to only selected hosts via VPN.
Astaro V8.102

As such, I wanted to create user groups named after the hosts, and then make the relevant users members of those groups.....

Auto Pkt. filtering is disabled for the VPN access

Then create a pkt. filter saying....

Pos. 1
Source: My User Group
Service: The needed service (In this instance RDP)
Target: The needed host
Action: Allow

Pos. 2
Source:  My User Group
Service: All
Target: All
Action: Drop


With above....all access is allowed via VPN....But......

If I replace Source with the actual user, then it works ?

    Hi, are you certain that the User Group doesn't have a different permission? Try this, enable the logging for the rule, and then enable your VPN permissions by the user group. Does the erroneous allows also match (and get logged) against that very rule? If so, give us a screenshot or breakdown of what you have inside that user group you are trying...
