SSL VPN on Home Version - Can't access some assets

Hey guys,

I setup an SSL VPN on my Astaro Home firewall. It was working perfectly at first, I could access all my internal network (192.168.1.x) from my VPN connection (10.242.2.x) as if I was local.
However for the past couple of days I am able to access only certain PCs.
At first I thought the PC I was trying to access was maybe turned off somehow, but I tried connecting to my Astaro through SSH and managed to ping it successfully.
From my VPN connection I am able to connect to 192.168.1.50, but not 192.168.1.51 for example.

I tried checking the logs (IPS & Packet Filtering) but couldn't find anything there.
At this point I am quite puzzled as I don't see how I could have only partial access to the network.

Thanks for your help [:)]

  • Hi, jehandy, and welcome to the User BB!

This sounds like a permissions issue under Win7; the users don't have adequate permission.

Google on site:astaro.org windows 7 ssl permission
