IPSec Site-To-Site and Client/Server?

We have an IPsec-based site-to-site VPN setup and I noticed that I am unable to use a client/server L2TP IPSec at the same time. I suspect I can get around this by having them run off different WANs, but I would actually like to bind them via IP address. Our primary WAN has a /29 so I have a few addresses I can use.

Trouble is, I cannot figure out how to tell Astaro that I want to bind either IPSec VPN solution to a specific IP address. It keeps wanting to use a real interface. Anyone have any ideas on how to get around that?
