Cisco VPN Client+IPAD on additional WAN IP

Hello,

i try to make a VPN Connection with the IPAD and the Cisco VPN Client.
We have 2 WAN IP´s on 1 Interface.
I want to make the VPN Tunnel with the additional WAN IP but the IPAD say that the VPN Server is not responding in the PF log i can see how the Packets are droped.
Is it possible to get the VPN tunnel on the additional WAN IP?
