Cannot connect vis SSL client

I have about 5-10 users that use the SSL client everyday without a problem. There is one user who cannot connect and gets the following error message.....

ERROR: Windows route add command failed [adaptive]: returned error code 1
C:\WINDOWS\system32\route.exe ADD 10.8.0.0 MASK 255.254.0.0 10.11.0.29
ROUTE:route addition failed using CreatlpForwardEntry: Access is denied.

I have turned of windows firewall and my ASG is on v. 7.510

Everyone else can get to this route fine and this isn't the only route that does not work for this user.
